To me, you have a focus, then you create a sound to enhance YOUR focus. The focus IS ALWAYS a POSITIVE one! I believe the positive focus or intent is essential, then the sound or frequency occurs based on that focus, which then enhances/assists/supports that focus. For me, the sound/s I create uplift me. | |
