Put down, rise up!

What do you do when a person puts you down, or cuts you with their words, what do you do?
Do you get depressed?
Do you emote?
Or Do you realise, that at the moment the energies are bringing back areas, for one last kiss and hug goodbye?

Let it go, it’s their crap. Decide for yourself, what is true. Forgive them, as they don’t see, hear, feel or know the whole story. Don’t get caught in the drama of others. If someone doesn’t accept you, then they are just not for you.

Do what is “right” for your body, mind & spirit! You will feel better for it! Be strong, be brave, stand in your truth. Be like a tree, resilient to the changing seasons, with your roots deep in Mother Earth and your branches reaching for the stars in Father Sky.

If what you are doing is for the highest good and intent, it will always stand in the test of time. If not, then maybe change to a higher perspective.  Check your intent.  Check the energies.  Sometimes change can appear like chaos, however it’s just a realignment to a higher path, a higher good.

Ways to help yourself:

1. Access what is truth and what is not.

2. Access what is the value in this? (Words, situation, energies)

3. Put the hurt aside, that’s just ego.  Go straight for “what am I learning?”

4. If you are seeking clarity, breathe, use cards, crystals, meditation, chanting etc, whatever works for you.

5. If you find yourself reacting, step back.  Take a breath, and choose the highest response for you!

Of course, if you still cannot find your way, seek assistance.  This can be professional or having a cuppa with a neutral ear.  It’s no good to have someone just jumping on your side, it’s all about the learning.  May you find your way with ease & grace. 🙏💗🌟🙏 Blessings be, sharonmcl
