FOCUS

Focus on what YOU want in your life.  Remember “where your attention goes energy flows”.  WHY would you focus on anything else but “what YOU DO WANT?”

The only reason to focus on what you don’t want, would be to process and release.  There is one main technique I use, as a practitioner to assist.  The quick pulse technique®️, you focus on the things you don’t want, only during the technique, so the pulse can assist release.  However, in everyday it is important to focus on what you DO want, so it forms the foundation of your daily creation/s. 

Find your POWER words and use them.  These become key words, that can shift you.  Your power words need to be multi-sensory for you.  An example of some key power words for me, are:

I AM joy.  I AM love.  I AM peace.  I AM that I AM.

However, I also love Sanskrit mantra words, such as:

Aham Prema.  OM Shanti.   Om Gum Ganapatayei Namaha.

Find what works for YOU, and USE it!  Daily create your FOCUS.  Make it magnificent, make it joy filled, make it the highest it can be for YOU!  Let go of anything else.  It is just a choice.  It is just a habit.  Be thankful and grateful, for your highest creations.  YOUR FOCUS makes it ALL possible.  Why not FOCUS on the HIGHEST GOOD in any situation?

Group sessions reinforce FOCUS, so be mindful of the HIGHEST GOOD in any group situation.
