Book review – “What your clutter is trying to tell you”

Book review – “What your clutter is trying to tell you” by Kerri L. Richardson

“I define clutter as anything that gets in the way of living the life of your dreams.” P3

Kerri encourages you to think outside the box to look at not just the physical clutter, but clutter on any level, including inner critic, toxic relationships or extra body weight.  The message that comes through for me is to get to the root cause of your clutter.

Chapter 3 is my favourite: “If your clutter could talk…”.  Kerri gives ideas about which clutter is about what.  However, I believe and teach each person needs to dig deep physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritual to unearth the specific messages for each item that is unique to the individual.  To me, your communication with everything in your life is key to where you are in your journey, on every level.

This book will stimulate you to find your way through your clutter.  Easy read with suggested actions.
