What to say – Book Review

“What to say when you talk to yourself” by Shad Helmstetter

I couldn’t find this in iTunes.  It was first published in 1986 and again in 1991.  It’s about self-talk.  It’s about understanding your negative programming blocks you, assists to reverse, optimise, focus, plan and achieve success, through affirmation.

Keys:

Your brain is your control centre.  Wrong directions will result in negative programming.

Negative programming can be received from everyone, if you let it.

Your self-talk becomes a directive to your subconscious mind.  So you think, you become.

Be aware. Programming creates beliefs, which creates attitudes, which create feelings, which determine actions, which create results.

Be mindful of self-talk, affirmations and laws of attraction.
