What is calling you?

“What” is calling you, can be your way to express yourself fully into the world in any moment.  A calling can come to you in many ways.  The “what” is connected to the “how” you will be expressing.  “What” is the lesson, the energy.  “How” you choose to express is a choice, which can be conscious or unconsicous; a reaction or a response.

Synchronically finding the “what” and the “how” in any moment is about being conscious and aware.  The easiest way to achieve this is via awakening your intuition, awareness and ultimately your consciousness in any moment.  One way to achieve this in a moment, is to slow down the moment by being in the moment, breathe.

As you slow your breath, you calm your emotions, your thoughts become more fluid, and you can connect to a higher version on yourself in any moment.  You can choose to respond, rather then reacting.  When you respond with a conscious awareness you take that moment to a higher level of potential unfoldment.

1. Notice what is calling you, in any moment.

2. Breathe and shift.  As you inhale breathe in the highest good in that moment, and as you exhale, release what no longer serves you.

3.  Which “what” is for you?  The “what” that feels like an upward shift.

4.  Choose how you will express.  Breathe and find the highest expression, in any moment.

5.  Respond now.
