Life Review

Why wait to review your life, do it now!  A review can indicate key points and patterns.  these key points and patterns will give you great insight into your life lessons.

You can do a life review via mind-mapping, or a time line.  With the assistance of a coach you can unravel the insights, patterns and lessons.  Once you understand your patterns, you can note your lessons and revive the lessons, without reliving them.

One great way to review is through drawing YOU as a tree.  This is excellent for those that are visual, and who love looking for symbology.

Another way is to draw a time line with all your key events or learnings.  This can be literately along a line, or you can put it within a table.  With 3 columns for ‘Life review’ ‘Events’ and ‘Lessons’.  Under life review list: Pre-birth, Birth/Baby, Toddler, Pre-Teenager, Teenager, Young adult, Adult, Middle age, Older age or you can go numerical.

Write an event, and “if you knew” what would the lesson be, in brief, example for me : Teenager: hit and run accident: listen to your intuition, and follow your path, you are supported.

It is best, for your first draft, to write your first thoughts without hesitation, then you can review whenever you need.  It is a great reflective mode for self analysis. You can note what has fully healed, for there will be no emotion, just a lesson.  If you still have emotion or mental anguish, please seek assistance.  Find the way that allows your wounds to heal, so you can be all that you can be.

If you need assistance, just ask for a coaching call.
