The idea of Zoom Meditation, is to be able to share meditation anywhere in the world. You have the choice:
- Live, phone in or internet connect via the zoom app
- Listen to the audio recording
- Watch the video (not all will be in this format) as it will be downloaded to YouTube.
- It will be under 30mins, learning so easy to fit into your life. (Occasionally longer)
For those that choose to subscribe, you receive:
- A special ZMed reflections page, which will only be accessible to those that choose to pay the fee _$110AUD for a set period. It will house all the audios, from these sessions during the set period. You will also be the first to be notified of any video formats. This will also be where you can comment, and I can answer any questions. Replays available within a reflection page only for a period of time.
- Or you may choose to just participate in one meditation at a time $30AUD per session. This offers access to the video or audio recording for a set period. Not available for replays.
