You want to change your body, change your exercise.  Listen to your body and what it needs.  Consult a health professional if you have not exercised before; have any health issues, or over the age of 40, as all exercise is undertaken at your own risk.  Modification may be required for some health conditions.  If you would like an assessment of your current needs and assistance in the exercise that suits you, contact Sharon for an appointment.  You will find the health form on the training page, which a prerequisite before any physical activity.  Remember it is your body, and it is your choice.
