Hit RESET, Prep then ACTION

The beginning of any month is an excellent time to hit RESET.  It is important to prepare, and then take ACTION.  What are YOU willing to DO?  What needs to CHANGE?

I trust you have hit your reset button for this week and sorted your exercise, diet and wellbeing on all levels.  Those that join me in #envisonyourjourneywithsharonmcl will have access to some tips and tricks.  Otherwise, “Remember you are more then just your physical.  You are also emotions, thoughts, and essence, or whatever you believe.”

If you want to achieve change: each week, hit your reset button, and aim for a personal best. Remember – Free-will and choice within your health – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual abilities.  If you need professional or medical assistance, seek it.

READ Part 1 of my book “Wounded to Wow – a path to oneness” and keep a notebook to write down your answers to the exercises.

Some examples of things you might like to RESET, and preparation you might do prior to ACTION:  Physically – eg.  Walk, circuit, yoga, Pilates, whatever you like.  Have the “right” equipment.  Set a realistic personal goal – remember to be specific, achievable, real, and the timeframe within that week.  Emotionally – eg. Journal your emotions each day.  Note triggers.  Note tools.  Mentally – eg.  You are what you think you are.  Be mindful of your thoughts.  Find ways to create positive change.  Spiritually – eg. Do you feel connected? Aligned? Do you connect with your guides and Angels?

You set what you wish to improve within each week.  Physical example: Do as many kms on the bike as able, each week do more, while also improving abs and arms.  Aim at a new routine each week  Diet example: do another 10/20/30days of eating clean and exercise.  Do what works for you!  Remember everyone needs a unique combo, that’s just right for them.⭐️

Start YOUR week on a Monday and finish on a Sunday.  No matter what is happening around you, remember YOU matter.  Your health, fitness and wellbeing is important.  Make time for you.  REMEMBER – if you need – hit RESET, prep then ACTION.

If you need REST – just don’t rest too many days or it will feel like you are beginning your routine from the start.  Also remember what you drink and eat prior to a workout routine, should support you.  Some exercise it is not recommended you eat prior, some you do.  Use a great pre drink, during and after drink.  Find what works for you.  Remember to hydrate in hot weather, and if you have had a heavy workout you may need an extra protein drink or bar.

Remember if you need to modify, go for good technique, go slower if needed.  If you are on a rest day, you can do active rest, such as a gentle walk, always listen to your body

Remember anything I suggest here is with your free will and choice.  I don’t know your current health, and before starting exercise you should either get a check up or seek a health professional to check what routine suits your needs. Remember enjoy.  If sweating profusely, its time for hydration.

If you are challenging yourself find the ‘right’ mix for you.  Your muscles will tell you, and you will still be able to function.  Don’t over do, just do the ‘right’ amount.  It is the same when improving emotional, mental and spiritually wellbeing, just do the ‘right’ amount for YOU.

Stay on track, what are YOUR goals this week?  Remember to enjoy the journey, and always you have the choice to hit reset

Ask YOURSELF – Are you on track?  How do you know you are doing enough?  Beginning of the week, with every set, you will find yourself stretched.  End of the week, you find yourself saying OK – Find YOUR true measure.

At the end of one week, start thinking about next week – Reassess – do you need to add more or take some out.  What part of your body/emotions/thoughts/spirit needs more?

Have you planned your week?  Example: Core, Burn, Yoga, Burn, Circuit and Leg and bike (journal, meditate, connect) IF YOU have the added challenge of travelling YOU can  still fit YOUR plan in, it can be done.  YOU just need to make it a priority first thing. e.g start early, use what is around you, decide YOU are important.
