Happiness

What makes you happy?

Sharon believes that the happiness state is an internal shift. Someone or something can make you happy but as soon as they aren’t there happiness leaves. If you have an internal state of happiness then it is not attached to anything outside of yourself. Then anything that makes you happy externally is just the icing on the cake.

Yes I hear you say, and too much happiness makes a “Pollyanna” or person that is often over the top in their sweetness.  Again this is not a balanced state.  However, if you can find that balance of realistic and hopeful, happiness can make a difference.  For when you are faced with a challenge, finding the gift, makes a difference.  To find the gift, Sharon has found the path moves to admitting the challenge, releasing any emotional baggage and learning the lesson.  In learning the lesson, you will find the gift.

The easiest way to achieve that state of internal happiness is through meditation. Sharon has used meditation constantly in her life since 1990; and as she learnt she has taught others. Meditation has been her foundation and support through all life’s challenges.

The second easiest way is to monitor your thoughts. Ask yourself, what could I think about, right now to create more happiness? What choices could I make that would make me happy? Are you aware of your self talk? Is your self talk supportive or dismissive, positive or negative? If you need assistance with unearthing the thoughts that can lead to your happiness, ask Sharon for Lifeforce coaching sessions.

If you would like to learn meditation, Sharon teaches group or individual sessions catered to the needs of the group or individual. Just ask.
