Feeling low, out of sorts or Depressed

Let’s share how we shift, if feeling low, out of sorts or depressed. Here are some to get you started and thinking……
– find an exercise or movement, that shifts your space.
– create a new exciting project to focus on.
– Breathe.
– meditate.
– journal.
– cup a tea/coffee with a friend and chat.
– different food/drink effect your moods – note what works for you.

Putting you in a bubble of love  –  Focus on the light in your life.  If you need assistance ask.

I found the below post on Facebook, and felt that it was very important to acknowledge.  As we are looking at mental health for this quarter, this post below is very appropriate. Please share the below post by copying between the”, if you have had or known someone with or had depression. Know you are not alone, and there is so much that can be done to help. First step is admit, second is to seek assistance or tools and techniques to help the self. Know your triggers, and know how to shift. Let’s share how we shift  Examples above

For all close to me and many, many more sadly this is very poignant, and will forever be in our minds and hearts. In support of everyone I know who wrestled with the black dog….Yes depression is relentless. A lot of us have been close to that edge, and some have lost friends and loved ones. Let’s look out for each other and stop sweeping mental illness under the rug.

May I ask my family and friends wherever you might be, to kindly copy and paste this status for one hour to give a moment of support to all those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, worries of any kind and just need to know that someone cares.
