Eat that frog – Book Review

It’s another book for everyone.  Its about time management.

Brian Tracy, the author, helps you to “get more of the important things done today.”  Its about increasing your levels of output, performance, and productivity. This is achieved through:

Success Habits – prioritise – be selective, stop procrastinating, do the most important (the frog)  Remember you can only “eat that frog” when the task is complete.

Positive enhancers – clarity and confidence

No excuses, no shortcuts

3Ds – decision, discipline and determination

Sense you as you want to be – see, hear, feel, taste, smell, and know.

Goal Set with a deadline, plan and action

Apply the 80/20 rule 80% result for 20% action, and remove the task that doesn’t assist.

Work through your tasks, and “eat that frog” as you go.

Remember to look after you – control your mindset.
