Detox? Ask how? Ask now!

What does “detox” mean to you?  Most would agree that a detox means “abstaining from or ridding the body of toxic or unhealthy substances.”.  For some it means just giving up: alcohol, coffee, chocolate, sugar, smokes, etc.  For others it can mean detoxing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Sometimes, all four at once, can be TOO much.  For some detoxing can be like peeling the layers of an onion.  Each layer the detox gets easier.  Be mindful, if you have never detoxed, your first one (or indeed if you have built up toxins) you may feel unwell for the first couple of days, i.e.. Headaches are common.  You need to drink plenty of water to flush out your system.

After any celebration, where you have overindulged, a detox is a great way to get back on track.  I highly recommend only a gentle detox, and including physical exercise into your routine.  If you need assistance choosing a routine that is safe for you, ask for an assessment session, so recommendations can be made for you.  This will included completing a health form, and depending how long it is since you have been active a benchmark may be needed.  Generally, a one-off session for one hour cover your needs.  ****Normally $160, if you mention this reflection, when asking for bookings on in February, the fee will only be $110 for a one hour assessment.  There is limited space, and ****conditions apply.

If you are seeking a physical detox, then 10days is a great start.  It’s better if you do 28days, and many people choose February for that very reason.  I believe if you overindulge, you need to counter balance with a detox and reset.  Finding the foods that are “right” for you, are a personal choice.  What are you willing to do, and what is “right” for your body?

Detoxing emotionally, mentally and spiritually can be achieved through energetic healing and choosing that which you wish to be clear, from that which no longer serves you, clutter clearing and release any negativity or past life baggage.  Highly recommend mini- coaching sessions to assist you, or access bars.  Special sessions for limited time available in February.

Detoxing is a great time to de-clutter.  Let go of what you no longer need.  Donate clothes or furniture to a charity.  Give-away items that you have out grown, to people you know may enjoy them.  i.e.  books, cards, crystals etc.
