Are you dieting or cleansing?

How many diets have you tried?  How many worked?

I believe each person does have it own unique requirements, and where we are all similar, we need to cleanse out the unnecessary toxins from our diet, and also what we put on our skin.  Yes, many have tried some horrendous detox plans.  What if there was a gentler way?  What if simple changes to the way you eat, and ensuring you eat good quality products, could make a difference?  It can.

I have found some nutritional products, that work for me.  Find what sits well on your stomach. I like vegan certified, diary, soy and gluten free, no artificial sweetener, colours or flavours.  I do notice that some products do create more or less acid.

It is about cleansing inside and out.  What are you putting in your system? And what are you putting on your skin?  Be mindful.

Make the choices that suit you.  Diet?  Cleanse?  Lifestyle?  If I can assist you, just ask.
